She holds an MFA from The American Conservatory Theatre and has performed professionally on stages including: A.C.T, The National Black Theatre, NYC Fringe Festival, Billie Holiday Theatre, and CalShakes, to name a few. Marisa was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for singing on the show Guiding Light. She has a great ear for different character voices and is currently performing the role of Cecily Cardew in The Importance of Being Earnest at A Noise Within.
Sadie Alexandru is a native New Yorker born on the upper east side of Manhattan but did most of her growing up and schooling across the river...yes, she obligingly responds to the tender term "Jersey girl." Fans of the Emmy Award winning series Mad Men may recognize Sadie as Scarlett, the sassy and mischievous secretary who joined SCDP in Season 5. Growing up the daughter of a painter and a Romanian engineer & poet shaped Sadie into a lover of all things art, film, theater, television, photography & travel.
Jessica Raaum Foster is a seasoned commercial, film, tv, voice over, and theatre actress, recently transplanted from the San Francisco area to NYC. Having grown up around the world, and raised speaking Mandarin, she has an appreciation for many cultures and loves to read stories of all backgrounds. She has narrated books in Childrens, Young Adult, Romance, Non-Fiction, and Suspense.
Gabriella Grier is originally from Northern California and a graduate of the prestigious Juilliard School's Drama Division in New York City. While in New York, she narrated several books with Audible and fell in love with telling stories only using her voice. She holds a BA in English Literature from Barnard College, Columbia University where writers like Jamaica Kincaid, Kate Chopin, and Margaret Atwood sparked her imagi nation and shaped her world view.
Hailing from both Dallas, TX and Virginia Beach, VA, Katherine Alyse earned her Honors BFA in Performance from Longwood University. She also studied at the Theatre Academy of London where she was lucky enough to perform as Lady Anne in Richard III on The Globe stage. Alyse has appeared on various television show including Playing House and Adam Ruins Everything, as well as created, wrote, directed and starred in The Fat One webseries. Katherine is infinitely pleased to be an inaugural recipient of the Thomas Angel Foundation Scholarship for Women in Comedy.
Most of my work was local to Miami doing VO for industrial videos, narration. I have hosted TV shows for Montgomery College on pertinent topics such as HIV and AIDS. I also dubbed from Spanish to English for children's narration that we exported to the South American Market.
